Last night, Foo Fighters performed live at Madison Square Garden, marking the first time the venue has hosted a capacity crowd since the beginning pandemic. During the show, the Exclaim! cover stars were joined by Dave Chappelle to help cover a Radiohead classic.
You can watch Chappelle join the Foos to cover "Creep" below. It's a song Chappelle knows very well, having worked his way up to the MSG stage following past performances of the song with Ed Sheeran, at an SNL afterparty, and at Erykah Badu's birthday in 2016.
Not unlike the Foo Fighters' concert in Agoura Hills, CA, earlier this month, the band's Madison Square Garden performance was picketed by anti-vaccine protestors who took issue with the event's mandatory vaccine requirement.
Last November, Chappelle and Foo Fighters appeared together on Saturday Night Live. The comedian recently released vinyl through Third Man Records, while the Foos announced a Bee Gees cover album.
