At long last, Alejandro G. Iñárritu is finally starting work on the follow-up to beloved film The Revenant.
The director's upcoming project is called Limbo, and as the Los Angeles Times [via Deadline] reports, the movie has started filming in Iñárritu's hometown of Mexico City.
Limbo will apparently be a Spanish-language film and star veteran Mexican actor Daniel Giménez Cacho.
So far, though, few other details of the project are known, but reports indicate the film may take the form of a fable, exploring the modern political and social landscape of Mexico.
Stay turned for more details on Limbo as we get them.
