"Even furries calling you cringe now?"

Furries are bashing Lindsay Lohan online after the actress posted a listing for an NFT purchase of her unique fursona art — yep, you read that right.

Lohan tweeted out an NFT auction listing of the red-headed pomeranian avatar by Canine Cartel, an NFT project that features "a pack of 10,000 of the craziest mutts to ever run these streets." The image's current bid sits at $1,649.33 USD (0.51 WETH), and the sale will close tomorrow at 12 p.m. ET.

It's a hefty price tag for something so ubiquitously available, as — sigh — furry artists have pointed out on Twitter, with some sharing links to their own portfolios for cheaper and better fursona art.

As furry writer Colin Spacetwinks told Rolling Stone of the art, "It reminds me in a way of frequently insecure straight artists rendering furries: [diminish] and reduce furry traits so as to not 'commit' to what you're doing. Ears covered, why? Feels like it's avoiding animal traits on purpose."

Meanwhile, so-called normies are equally weirded out by the announcement, virtually scratching their heads at the listing from the ever-eccentrically minded Lohan, wondering loudly whether the artist's socials have been hacked after finding weird tweets about crypto and other NFT art.
