Here we are with the new year, a blank canvas ahead of us. Or so it's nice to romanticize as such, anyway. Whether you're gearing up for a make-or-break resolution or just enjoying the sense of there maybe being a little bit more possibility to begin again, Paramount+ is likewise ready to reinvent — and set the tone for 2024 — with a fresh slate of January new arrivals.
If you'd rather kick off the year in Ireland, weekly new episodes of The Woman in the Wall will let the mysticism of the ancestral land's gothic tendencies lead the way as Magdalene Laundries survivor Lorna Brady (Ruth Wilson) and Detective Colman Akande (Daryl McCormick) try to unravel the answers to the murder of a priest and the inexplicable appearance of a corpse in Lorna's house.
To stay on the mystery train, the entire Twin Peaks series — as well as 2017's Twin Peaks: The Return — will be newly available to stream, as well as the fourth season of FBI True. Things land a little closer to home with Shasha Nakhai and Rich Williamson's film adaptation of the Catherine Hernandez novel Scarborough, while June puts the spotlight on the musical legacy of June Carter Cash that has oft been enshrouded by the shadow of her husband Johnny Cash.
There are also new episodes of the beloved Nathan Fielder's latest series, The Curse, and you can catch fellow funny TV boyfriends Jake Johnson and Andy Samberg in Self Reliance, the former's thrilling feature-length directorial debut. Check out the full list of new arrivals below, as well as what's coming to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video.
