As the founding Jackass dudes begin aging out of their infamous body-rending stunts, it's only natural that a new generation of doofuses are passed the torch in the forthcoming Jackass Forever. Today, we get to meet the latest batch of stuntmeisters — who perform some dangerous new bits — in a new featurette "New Year, New Crew."
"I love skating, and I love getting a bit hurt," says newcomer Eric Manaka in the clip, right before getting his ass handed to him — by a giant golden hand. What follows in the video is a combination of electrocutions, (potentially) venomous creature bites, ramp jumps and, of course, some cannonball action.
Manaka is joined by fellow newbies Sean "Poopies" McInerney, Zach Holmes, Jasper and Rachel Wolfson. They'll be accompanied by returning Jackasses Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Wee Man, Danger Ehren and Preston Lacy.
Here's an official synopsis:
Celebrating the joy of being back together with your best friends and a perfectly executed shot to the dingdong, the original Jackass crew return for another round of hilarious, wildly absurd, and often dangerous displays of comedy with a little help from some exciting new cast. Johnny and the team push the envelope even further in Jackass Forever.
As previously reported, the fourth instalment of the franchise marks the first since the 2011 death of original cast member Ryan Dunn, and the first to not feature Bam Margera, who was fired from the production.
Jackass Forever — directed by Jeff Tremaine — arrives on February 4. Until then, check out the fresh meat in the player below.
