It's been 17 years since Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo costarred in the excellent (and underrated) rom-com 13 Going on 30. Yesterday (February 23), the pair reunited for a photo op and they even cracked a couple of 13 Going on 30 jokes.
They reunited on the set of The Adam Project, a new Ryan Reynolds film currently filming in Vancouver. Much like 13 Going on 30, it's a time travel movie, which explains why Garner and Ruffalo are playing Reynolds' parents.
Ruffalo posted a selfie with Garner on social media and wrote, "Reconnecting with an old pal. Anyone know where we can get Razzles in Canada?" — a reference to the candies their characters eat in 13 Going on 30.
Garner posted the same photo and wrote, "Wishing dust worked! And I got a perfect day with my old pal," referring to the magic dust that allows her character's 13-year-old self to transform into an adult.
