Perry took to Twitter to reveal his quarter-year hospital stay, delivering the message with signature Gen X sarcasm:
Though he didn't address his health situation, People reports that he underwent surgery for a gastrointestinal perforation. Fortunately, he has finally recovered.
"He's good," a source told the magazine, adding that the actor is "going home finally."
