While it's perfectly reasonable to feel frustrated by remakes — particularly remakes of cult classics — there's something undeniably alluring about the forthcoming new Point Break. Sure, nothing can beat the Patrick Swayze/Keanu Reeves dynamic of the original, but the new version looks so stupid that it just might work.
The film was directed by Invincible's Ericsson Core, and stars G.I. Joe: Retaliation's Luke Bracey as Johnny Utah and Zero Dark Thirty's Édgar Ramírez as Bodhi.
