If you've been itching for more Borat, you're about to get some. Today Sacha Baron Cohen announced he's releasing a new companion film to 2020's Borat Subsequent Moviefilm.
The upcoming film is coming with the very Borat title of Borat Supplemental Reportings Retrieved from Floor of Stable Containing Editing Machine, and already we have a trailer for it.
As you could probably guess from that title, the upcoming flick will feature footage that didn't make it into Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, including such scenes as Borat going into COVID-19 quarantine with a pair of Trumpers, as well as his onstage appearance as a country singer at a March for Our Rights rally. There's also apparently extra footage of Maria Bakalova as Borat's daughter Tutar.
Borat Supplemental Reportings also will apparently feature a bunch of behind-the-scenes footage from Borat Subsequent Moviefilm.
So far there is no release date for Borat Supplemental Reportings Retrieved from Floor of Stable Containing Editing Machine, but it will be "coming soon" to Amazon Prime Video.
