Making for quite the epic screw-up, the insanely hyped "Snyder Cut" of Justice League leaked early on HBO Max today, the streamer confirmed.
While director Zack Snyder's epic four-hour version of the film isn't due out until March 18, it temporarily appeared on HBO Max on Monday (March 8). And weirdly enough, the leaks involved the new Tom & Jerry movie. Apparently, when subscribers when to stream the animated feature, they instead got Zack Snyder's Justice League.
"Zack Snyder's Justice League was temporarily available on HBO Max and the error was addressed within minutes," HBO Max said in a statement.
A quick look online shows that the leak may have been contained, at least as of press time, since so far no torrents of the film or streaming links directing to it have popped up.
