The short clip, posted to Instagram with the location tag of Atlanta, GA, finds some ominous thunderstorm footage paired with a heavy-hitting, metallic beat. Rocky soon appears onscreen himself, flashing a collection of chains around his neck before the words "TESTING PURPOSES ONLY" appear onscreen.
