A 39-year-old woman is in custody and facing criminal charges after a violent altercation with Toronto police outside Drake's Bridle Path mansion.

Last night (March 30), Toronto police responded to a call from the rapper's home just before 5 p.m. ET, when the woman was arrested for trying to gain entry into Drake's estate. According to reports, the woman assaulted a security guard, with the Toronto Sun reporting she hit the guard with a metal pipe.

There also have been reports that the woman had a knife, though TMZ disputes that she actually used any weapons during the altercation.

"It is alleged that a woman assaulted a security guard," Const. Caroline de Kloet told the Toronto Sun, adding a woman named Deandre Chazlanette Davis was arrested at the scene. Police also reportedly seized a knife and metal pipe during the incident.

It is unclear whether Drake was even actually home during last night, but the woman did not get past the massive gate at the entrance of the estate.

Davis is charged with two counts of weapons dangerous and one count of assault with a weapon. She was expected to appear in court virtually today.
