With their seventh studio album, Global Flatline, Belgian death metal masters Aborted unleash yet another stunner of blood-soaked brutality. Surpassing expectations, the record secures the band's place as one of brutal death metal's elite, with sole original member Sven de Caluwé at the helm. Global Flatline is a commanding effort, with intense, catchy riffs, hammering blast beats and de Caluwé's incredible, unconventional songwriting throughout its 14 tracks.
