After a whole lot of anticipation, some not-so-mysterious billboards and two simultaneous Vogue covers, Adele has finally announced the official release date for her upcoming record 30, arriving November 19 on XL/Columbia.
There aren't any further details available, but we'll get our first taste of the soon-to-be-blockbuster when first single "Easy on Me" drops this Friday (October 15).
Announcing the album on Twitter, Adele said:
I've learned a lot of blistering truths about myself along the way. I've shed many layers but also wrapped myself in new ones. Discovered genuinely useful and wholesome mentalities to lead with, and I feel like I've finally found my feeling again. I'd go so far as to say that I've never felt more peaceful in my life. And so, I'm ready to finally put this album out.
This will be Adele's first album in six years following 2015's massive 25.
