Following this week's release of a new iTunes Session, UK pop-rock experimenters alt-J — or ∆ — served up yet another version of their An Awesome Wave "Breezeblocks" last night (April 18), this time on Conan.
This was the band's first-ever U.S. TV appearance, and it had members tackling the tune in their own way, from the restrained, closed-eyed approach of honey-voiced guitarist Joe Newman, to the wacky, animated whomping of drummer Thom Green.
