Eminem launched his Mom's Spaghetti restaurant in Detroit late last month, and in an unfortunate ironic twist, an NFL player lived the MC's lyrics by throwing up the establishment's flagship food.
During yesterday's football game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Detroit Tigers, Bengals guard Jackson Carman left the field unexpectedly during the third quarter of play. His team announced that his departure was due to "illness" that left his return questionable.

A number of Carman's Twitter followers had offered up Mom's Spaghetti as a suggested eatery when the Bengals player asked the day before the game, "What's Detroit known for food wise." Detroit-style pizza — or pizza from Windsor, just over the border — would have been a safer choice.
Next February, Eminem will play the NFL's Super Bowl LVI halftime show with Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige and Snoop Dogg in Los Angeles. Here's hoping he leaves the pasta at home. What's Detroit known for food wise?
