While Ariana Grande popped off her Dangerous Woman LP earlier in the year, the singer has just delivered a couple extra cuts for the faithful. Both "Voodoo Love" and a remodelled version of 2013 number "Honeymoon Avenue" arrived today (August 2) through her SoundCloud.
"Voodoo Love" stirs up pop rock snare claps and old-school, boogie woogie piano beneath Grande's, ahem, grand narrative of prepping an emotion-altering potion for a certain someone. It's an old trope, but nevertheless kind of creepy.
The second upload is dubbed "OG Honeymoon Ave," and finds the Dap-Kings supplying the song with a soulful, brassy arrangement. The track had first been released as a slow jam on Grande's Yours Truly LP.
You can check out both newly dropped tunes below.
