BY Sian DaviesPublished Apr 26, 2012

While the Avalanches still haven't revealed a release date for their follow-up to 2001's Since I Left You, the Australian collage artists continue to tease fans via their Twitter feed. The band recently pointed followers in the direction of a mysterious new mixtape at Pinchy & Friends, which they claim "may or may not be mixtape by ♥ ∆v∆L∆NCH∑≤ ♥."

Entitled Sleepy Bedtime Mix for Young Ones, the mix is officially credited to Henry Chinaski, one of Charles Bukowski's drunken protagonists, and features tracks by such artists as the Beach Boys, Joanna Newsom and Robert Wyatt.
