Mighty Mighty Bosstones bass whacker Joe Gittleman gets his four-chord "ya yas” out on this debut from his New England super group, which also features members of Raging Teens, Mung and Spring Heeled Jack. With a sound most glaringly reminiscent of Jawbreaker's clever post-punk racket, AOT bash and strum their instruments with reckless abandon, delivering a rudimentary and heartfelt blast of searing rock fury. Only on the song "Take a Good Look” do things slow down enough to let us catch our breath.
