Bad Religion Cancel Fall Tour, Citing "Unforeseen Family Circumstance"

Los Angeles punks Bad Religion have announced the cancellation of their upcoming fall North American tour due to an "unforeseen family circumstance."

The band took to Instagram to share the news last night (August 27), writing, "Due to an unforeseen family circumstance, we are cancelling our upcoming fall tour. We apologize for any disappointment and disruption this may cause."

"We appreciate your understanding," they added, as well as directing ticketholders to point of purchase for refunds — and encouraging people to check out Niis, who were slated to open the shows.

Bad Religion were supposed to hit the road next month, with Canadian concerts scheduled in Montreal, Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver. See the announcement below.
