While his debut, Hour of the Bewilderbeast, had the indie world hanging on his every word back in 2000, Damon Gough has had only mixed success with his various Badly Drawn Boy albums in the last decade. He did make big waves with his soundtrack for the Hugh Grant rom-com About a Boy and will hopefully find the same success with a brand new soundtrack album planned for December.
As NME reports, the album is called Is There Nothing We Can Do and is the soundtrack for a British TV movie called The Fattest Man in Britain. The record will be BDB's first new release since 2006's Born in the UK.
Is There Nothing We Can Do is due in stores on December 14 in the UK.
