Singer-songwriter Afie Jurvanen has been a long-time folk favourite in his hometown of Toronto, but the musician better known as Bahamas is ready to bring his sweet-sounding melodies south of the border.

Taken from this year's excellent Bahamas Is Afie, "All the Time" has been enjoying a bit of viral success thanks to its inclusion in a James Franco-starring Verizon ad — and it reached an even wider audience last night (December 11) on Conan.

Bahamas served as the musical guest last night, repping his Canadian roots in a winter jacket and joined by his backing band for the performance. The soulful, doo-wop-infused folk-pop number was pulled off gorgeously, with Jurvanen delivering acrobatic vocals and a killer closing guitar solo.

Bahamas is Afie is out now on Brushfire/Universal and you can see the extensive list of his upcoming North American tour dates over here.
