Like so many Canadian events, BC's FVDED in the Park has officially cancelled its 2020 festival due to COVID-19.
Organizers made the announcement today, confirming the event will no longer take place on July 10 and 11 just outside Vancouver in Surrey's Holland Park. As previously reported, the 2020 festival was set to feature the likes of Flume, G-Eazy, Illenium, Dave, Gucci Mane, Gunna, J.I.D and 070 Shake.
In a statement on posted on Facebook, FVDED in the Park wrote, "We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy during these tough times. We're coming to you today to announce that FVDED in the Park will no longer take place this summer, in accordance with the latest government guidelines. We have rescheduled the festival for July 9 & 10, 2021, and we're grateful that we have new dates and will have a new lineup to announce when the time is right."
