Mutating songwriter Beck has announced an orchestral tour.

On July 16, Beck will play Montreal with L'Orchestre Métropolitain. Then, on July 18 and 19, Beck will appear at Roy Thomson Hall with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

A press release promises "unique symphonic arrangements of classics and deep cuts from a towering back catalogue. This will include the multi-platinum Odelay, world-tripping Mutations, sombre and reflective Sea Change, and Grammy Album of the Year winner Morning Phase, to name but a few — as well as a few rare covers, curiosities and other surprises."

The orchestra will be conducted by Edwin Outwater. Molly Lewis will open the shows.

Tickets for the shows go on sale this Friday (March 7) at 10 a.m. ET.
