Well, that was quick. Following word earlier today (March 5) that HBO had commissioned a rap-geared mixape for its high-fantasy TV epic Game of Thrones, Outkast rhymer Big Boi has leaked his contribution: "Mother of Dragons."
Starting off with some seemingly random spoken work clips from the show, Big Boi soon starts spitting his support for, well, Daenerys "Mother of Dragons" Targaryen, repping how her bloodline makes her the rightful ruler of the Iron Throne. But soon it's on to the hook, which loops a roughly delivered mantra of "dungeons, dragons, kings and queens."
You can check out the track below, while the entire Catch the Throne mixtape is set to arrive Friday (March 7).
Meanwhile, the fourth season of Game of Thrones begins April 6 on HBO.
