It's been five years since Big Boi delivered his last solo album, Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors, but if some social media teasers are any indication, the rapper is set to deliver his long-awaited third album sooner than we think.
According to a teaser clip posted to Instagram, the title of the LP is Boomiverse, and it will be "coming soon." Before the entire thing arrives, the rapper will share two tracks from the album.
The first, titled "Mic Jack," will feature Maroon 5's Adam Levine and will premiere on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 Radio show at 12:30 p.m. EST tomorrow (April 20). The second track, titled "Kill Jill," will feature Jeezy and Killer Mike and will be available tomorrow night.
Big Boi spent 2015 and 2016 collaborating with Phantogram as Big Grams. They released a self-titled LP in 2015.
