Big Sean

"Fire"

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jul 29, 2013

Big Sean's new Hall of Fame LP is set to drop by the end of the summer, but a sneak preview of the Detroit rapper's "Fire" has shown up a month ahead of the full-length's August 27 due date.

The track plays massive, with a kid's choir, a cannon-loud kick beat and occasionally anthemic rock chords supporting Sean's bars about working hard at stacking money every week and learning how to speak "trapanese." The dude also gives credit where it's due, saluting his pops in the second verse for both driving him to school and teaching life lessons about girls and growing up.
