Well, Big Sean is off the hook. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper has been cleared of the sex charges he faced after being arrested last August.

As part of a plea deal, the Michigan hip-hopper (born Sean Michael Anderson) pled guilty to unlawful imprisonment of a 17-year-old girl at a recent concert in New York, while the more serious allegations, including third-degree sex abuse and forcible touching, have since been dropped.

"I am pleased to announce that after further investigation the Niagara County District Attorney's Office decided not to pursue any of the sexual misconduct allegations against Mr. Anderson," lawyer Scott Leemon told XXL.

As previously reported, the summer incident found Big Sean and cohort Willie "Sayitainttone" Hansbro in custody following an August 4 concert in Lewiston, but the pair were released shortly thereafter on $500 bail each. With the investigation now closed, Big Sean now has to pay the $750 fine that comes with the misdemeanour charge.

"Mr. Anderson regrets any misunderstandings that occurred that day and reiterates he did not engage in any type of sexual misconduct," Leemon concluded.
