Green Day leader Billie Joe Armstrong is back with a new instalment of self-isolation series "No Fun Mondays," and once again, he's hitting us up with another cover. This time it's a cover of the Bangles' '80s classic "Manic Monday."
The cover comes complete with a retro-looking video, which features Armstrong in his living room, as well as Bangles frontwoman Susanna Hoffs in hers, with each playing guitar and singing along. There's also some dog footage in there as an added bonus.
Check out their newly shared "Manic Monday" rendition below.
The cover follows Armstrong's previous takes on "I Think We're Alone Now"
and "You Can't Put Your Arm Around a Memory."
As previously reported, Armstrong will be offering up a new cover each week while physical distancing measures remain in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
