Michigan metal vets the Black Dahlia Murder have announced they'll be hitting the road again in support of last year's epic Everblack, further revealing that they'll be sharing headline duties this fall with California deathcore crushers Suicide Silence.
The bands revealed their joint tour this week, with Black Dahlia Murder reflecting upon how this will in fact be the last tour behind Everblack before they set to work on their next LP. The trip, which kicks off in early October and will hit Toronto and Montreal by tour's end, reunites the two metal titans for the first time since a 2011 South American trek with Cannibal Corpse.
"The guys have been homies of ours since we toured together with Cannibal Corpse in South America," Black Dahlia Murder vocalist Trevor Strnad said in a statement. "We are extremely glad they've chosen to persevere all of the hardship and tragedy and we are proud to call them tourmates and friends. The magic 8 Ball says we're going to party our asses off together and have an awesome, successful tour."
Earlier this summer, Suicide Silence released their You Can't Stop Me LP, their first with new singer Hernan "Eddie" Hermida. The band's original vocalist Mitch Lucker died in a tragic motorcycle accident in 2012.
Also joining the bands for the fall trek will be Salt Lake City's Chelsea Grin and Sacramento tech-metal unit Alterbeast. You'll find all of the tour details down below.
