Bobby Womack will be releasing his first album of original material since 1994 when The Bravest Man in the Universe drops on June 12 via XL Recordings.
We've already heard "Please Forgive My Heart," but this morning (May 1) the album's title track has appeared online. Keeping in line with Womack's description of the new LP as a "very modern soul record," the new cut let's the singer's undeniably soulful voice shine, though Richard Russell and Damon Albarn's production likens it more to his collaborations with Gorillaz than any of his older work.
