This year is shaping up to be a big one for Montreal-based pop experimentalists Braids. Tomorrow (January 18), they will put out their debut album, Native Speaker, and they have already announced a number of North American shows in support of the release. Now, they've fleshed out their tour schedule with a string of new dates.
The jam-packed schedule will keep the band on the road from now until April. There are a total of five new Canadian appearances, all in the country's western half. This includes a show with Toro Y Moi in Vancouver on March 28. The band's U.S. run also features a number of dates with Asobi Seksu.
Fans in the eastern portion of Canada will have a chance to see Braids this month, when they play a series of gigs in Quebec and Ontario. See the itinerary below.
