BROCKHAMPTON Face Their Last Hurrah in 'Final Album' Trailer

"It's not a solo thing, it's a group album. It's about the group"

After announcing a surprise final album during their performance at Coachella over the weekend, BROCKHAMPTON — American hip-hop outfit and self-proclaimed best boy band since One Direction — have dropped a trailer for said final release.

In the minute-long clip, the impossibly populous outfit gather in the studio, where Kevin Abstract sits his bandmates down to play them what will ostensibly be "The Final Album."

"Basically like, I went to New York, made something... it's not a solo thing, it's a group album," Abstract says in the video. "It's about the group."

The group announced an indefinite hiatus back in January, with the two-weekend festival and some upcoming shows at O2 Academy Brixton in London set to be their final performances together. The yet-untitled follow-up to 2021's Roadrunner: New Light, New Machine is to arrive sometime this year.
