Broken Bells Unveil First-Ever North American Tour, Play Vancouver and Toronto

Shins front-man James Mercer and Brian Burton (aka Danger Mouse) have already said that their Broken Bells collaboration is a real band, not just a one-off project. With a promise like this, you knew it was only a matter of time before they took their new band on the road.

The pair have now announced their first tour together, starting off in San Diego on May 18. The outing includes two Canadian dates: Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom on May 26 and Toronto's Queen Elizabeth Theatre on June 2.

Much-buzzed indie rockers the Morning Benders will open up.
