Contrary to what some wackos will tell you, the forthcoming Alejandro González Iñárritu film The Revenant does not feature scenes of bear rape. It does, however, feature a hotly tipped soundtrack including the work of composer Ryuichi Sakamoto, Alva Noto's Carsten Nicolai and the National's Bryce Dessner. Today, we get our first taste of the soundtrack with Dessner's entry.
"Imagining Buffalo" was written by Dessner and performed by Berlin group s t a r g a z e with conductor André de Ridder. The song's an ethereal and ambient composition that'll sound right at home alongside Sakamoto and Nicolai.
