Bubbadinos

First, imagine a buncha ex-junky-hippie-rednecks making music on the porch. Next, visualise the mountain haze of the New Mexico desert: "the sky is the colour of a drop of milk dissolving in an ounce of vodka." The resulting music blends Tex-Mex and Mississippi blues with Catskill ballads, Cajun bluegrass and the kinda hurtin' songs that can make a grown trucker sob. Yes, you got all the ingredients for the magnificent Bubbadinos. Hell, all these bastards need is for Dylan, Nelson and Young to join in and pass the reefer and cookie jar around the campfire. Hey, there is even some nifty performance art on this one! More refried beans, anyone?
