Burial and Four Tet To Release Split Twelve-Inch, Pre-Orders Sell Out Immediately

Do you like limited releases? How about releases that are so limited they have literally no information? How about these releases that are so limited and mysterious that they're already sold out by the time you hear about them? Such is the case with the collaborative twelve-inch between dubstep champion Burial and "folktronica" spearhead Four Tet.

According to a post on Bleep, May 4 will see the shipment of a top-secret split twelve-inch between the producers. The record contains no audio samples or information, and has a pitch-black cover. Oh yeah, and it sold out entirely in pre-orders.

Now that we think of it, this is kind of a bummer story for a Monday morning. Maybe if you eBay early enough, you'll be able to get a decent price. Or maybe the MP3s will pop up somewhere. Otherwise, you'd be better off forgetting this piece of wax even existed.
