Car Seat Headrest have announced a 2022 North American tour that'll see them performing in Toronto and Vancouver.
Bartees Strange will offer support for the majority of the run, including the March 22 stop at Toronto's Danforth Music Hall, while Floral Tattoo is slated for a single opening performance at Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom on May 20. Along the way, the band will be selling limited tour-only CDs that compile their summer EPs, MADLO: Influences and MADLO: Remixes.
In a statement, Will Toledo and co. asked that attendees wear masks and provide either proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test.
"We are deeply excited to crawl out of our pit and onto the spot-lit stage once more," the band said. "For a few hours on a spring night, you too can slip out of your mind and into the ever-changing shared world of the theatre."
Tickets go on sale this Friday (October 29) at 10 a.m. ET. See the full schedule of events below.
Car Seat Headrest's latest studio album was last year's Making a Door Less Open, which was credited to Car Seat Headrest and 1 Trait Danger, a side-project consisting of drummer Andrew Katz and Toledo's alternative persona, "Trait."
