Halifax fuzz-pop quartet Century Egg have released a new video for "Do You Want to Dance?" It's the lead single from this year's Little Piece of Hair EP.
Directed by T Nicole Holland, the video is a hyper-textured acid trip, featuring the band jamming in an animated limbo, playing for a crowd of thrashing Troll Dolls and dancing in a floating pink egg — its fuzzed-out, anything-goes maximalism matches the song's goofy joy to a tee.
The six-track Little Piece of Hair EP came out in May of this year. It was the follow-up to their 2020 EP We Can Play.
