Earlier this month, Charles Bradley announced plans to release Victim of Love, the follow-up to his stunning and soulful 2011 debut No Time for Dreaming, April 2 via Dunham Records. Now, the Screaming Eagle of Soul has revealed he'll be supporting his sophomore set with a run of tour dates.
Bradley's upcoming schedule kicks off in March with an appearance at the Savannah Music Festival in Georgia, but his tour fully goes underway in April. While he'll mostly hit up U.S. markets, he has a couple gigs lined up this May in Toronto and Montreal. You can see the details down below.
As previously reported, Victim of Love was produced by the Menahan Street Band's Thomas Brenneck, and allegedly finds Bradley exploring more psychedelic territory. A stream of "Strictly Reserved for You," a slow jam which finds a bit of trippy, wah-wah guitar fuzz supporting the 64-year-old soul singer love-laced lines, down below.
