City and Colour

Sometimes

It has been one hell of a year for Dallas Green, who's in this little band you might have heard mentioned once or twice called Alexisonfire. Releasing his first full-length solo album as City and Colour, Green is taking a major step to the side from Alexisonfire, so don't be expecting anything like that sound-wise.

Sometimes is acoustic guitars and broken hearts in bars kinda music, but not in that whiny way that we got so accustomed to hearing around the Dashboard Confessional era. You will walk away from listening to this album either wanting to give Dallas a big hug to feel better, or wanting one yourself. This is a great Canadian offering, and you should get your hands onto it.
