A few years back, it would have been hard to predict the return of noise-pop project Death From Above 1979. What's in store for the reunited duo in future remains to be seen, but you can take a gander at their The Physical World track "Crystal Ball" in a whole new light via a remix from Huoratron.
Bits and pieces are the same, from Sebastien Grainger crooning about the dire state of a bruised heart and the way Jeese Keeler can obliterate us all with the sound of his seriously fuzzed-up bass lines. There's some extra damage to the track, though, which now comes with extra squelching sounds, twisted synths and concern-stirring air sirens.
