We thought d'Eon sneaking out "Transparency Pt. II" a week before his LP hits retailers June 5 was a last minute boon, but the Montreal-based musician has done us another solid by dropping yet another album track, "Now You Do."
While featuring a lengthy and chill organ intro, the heady, almost eight-minute number eventually erupts into a blissful mélange of arpeggiated synth ripples, smooth, Peter Gabriel-style vocal harmonies and frantically hammered out synth-bass rhythms. The song gets extra sensual after the six-minute mark, dropping into a half-time snap beat supported by d'Eon's passionate and airy "doo-doos". Check it out below.
As previously reported, LP comes out via Hippos in Tanks.
