Dinosaur Bones Set Up for East Coast Canadian Tour

BY Carly LewisPublished Mar 25, 2010

Once they've recuperated from their Austin invasion at last week's SXSW, melodic indie-rockers Dinosaur Bones will return to their hometown of Toronto, where they'll open for the recently rekindled Thrush Hermit at Lee's Palace on Friday (March 28). The date at Lee's will kick off a short jaunt to the East coast, when the band will play Charlottetown, Fredericton and a small handful of shows in Halifax.

With their undergraduate degrees put on hold, Dinosaur Bones are hard at work on their debut LP, and this winter, released a seven-inch called Royalty/Ice Hotels, on Hi-Scores Recording Library. There's no word on when we can expect that full-length, but we do know it's being helmed by Tokyo Police Club/Fucked Up producer Jon Drew.
