The Dirty Tricks dont bother with the politeness of knocking. Sauve Qui Peut! knocks down doors with the steady-handed determination of starting a boisterous house party. The Montreal bands latest opens with the roar of "Red Wave and doesnt back down throughout the entire course of the record. "Mal de Tete burns with a sinister groove that points towards the Murder City Devils and Hot Water Music having a late night picnic. "Blvd. adds some prominent synth into the mix and includes another layer of melody in the groups teeth-baring approach. Sauve Qui Peut! is a consistently solid and strong-willed rock record.
