They declare treason? Everyone else will declare trash. This is a joke, right? You can never really tell when a member of Turbonegro is involved. However, hearing vocalist Hank Von Helvete wail off-key over forgettable, robotic metal as hammered out by the likes of Tim Skold (Marilyn Manson, KMFDM, Shotgun Messiah), Anders Odden (Celtic Frost, Satyricon) and Audun Stengel (Apoptygma Berzerk), there's absolutely nothing funny about this completely unoriginal schlock. Detuned, sterile, double-time riffs chug away without so much as a defining aspect until Helvete starts babbling away as if, well, the Turbonegro frontman stumbled onto the stages of Rammstein, Skinny Puppy and other PVC-wearing, synth-playing buffoons all at the same time. While aspects of Killing Technology-era Voivod pop up here and there, those amazing points are outright destroyed when the band get into their not-as-good-as Fear Factory techno-metal. Each of these members might be great in their own right, but with so many cooks, it's not hard to imagine how the broth turned into such outright diarrhoea.
