Last year, experimentalist Chris Madak released a 12-inch under his Bee Mask pseudonym that featured a sprawling electronic soundscape called "Vaporware." Now, that track has spawned an entire double-LP of remixes by Italian techno specialist Donato Dozzy. Plays Bee Mask will be out on September 2 through Spectrum Spools.
The collection includes seven remixes spread across two records. The final remix takes up an entire side of the vinyl. Dozzy told Resident Advisor "[Bee Mask] asked me for one remix, but I just couldn't stop my remixing process. He sent me 3.2 GB of material for just one song — I felt like one remix wouldn't do justice to his effort and the beauty of the track itself.
