Drake and 21 Savage are releasing a collaborative album. Her Loss will be out next week, on October 28.
The pair announced the album with a video for a partial version of "Jimmy Cooks," the 21 Savage-featuring cut from Drake's 2022 album Honestly, Nevermind. The clip begins with Drake rapping his verse, but before it gets to 21 Savage's part, it switches into a chill soul beat while the two rappers hang out on a sound stage. Text appears on the screen confirming the album release date. It was directed by Mahfuz.
Drake and 21 Savage have worked together a few times in recent years. Prior to "Jimmy Cooks," 21 Savage guested on More Life's "Seakin'" and Certified Lover Boy's "Knife Talk," and Drake featured on "Mr. Right Now" from 21 Savage's Savage Mode II with Metro Boomin.
Her Loss will be Drake's second full-length collaborative project; he teamed up with Future on 2015's What a Time to Be Alive.
