Edmonton's Up and Downtown Music Festival is set to take over the city for its sixth straight year, and organizers have lifted the curtain on the first waves of acts set to play the 2018 event.
This year's fest will bring Tanya Tagaq, Antibalas, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Suuns, Brant Bjork, Earthless, Destroyer, Thao, Mauno, Language Arts, Too Attached, Common Holly, the Maybellines and more to Edmonton.
A press release notes that additional artist announcements will be made in the coming week, while a festival schedule will arrive in late August.
The sixth annual Up and Downtown Music Festival will take place October 5 to 7 across ten different venues in downtown Edmonton.
