Having recently wrapped up a stretch of reunion dates, alt-rock survivors Failure have now unleashed another mach 2.0 tune. This time, they're bringing attention to a crunched-up cut called "The Focus."
This latest unveiling is a more straight-ahead rocker than downer ballad "Come Crashing," with '90s-style guitar hooks and drum beats barreling out of the speakers. The mood is still a little dour, though, with the cool and composed vocals of Ken Andrews crooning out maudlin maxims about how the "stars can't save you."
You'll find a stream of the grim fist-pumper down below, but the track can also be picked up on Bandcamp.
